Processing Your Order

Once we get your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your order ASAP!

Note: If the shipping/billing addresses are different or if there is any other unusual activity with your order, your order may be delayed pending a further check.

Shipping your Order

At Pizazz Jewellery, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products so some of our products will be shipped directly from our vendors overseas.

You’ll receive an email notification within two to three days of your order being shipped.  The email will confirm that shipment has occurred along with a tracking number. Use the tracking number in our tracking tool.  Shipping is free wherever you live.

Circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc may occur and may result in a delay in the shipping of your order. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time of your order.

Delivery Time

Delivery to the US, UK, and Australia may slightly be faster while deliveries to Europe, the Mediterranean and South American countries may take a little longer. See the table below for more information.

Tracking Your Order

Of course, you’ll want to know when your order is going to arrive on your doorstep so you can plan accordingly. That’s why we send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient’s doorstep.

Please be advised that depending on your inbox’s security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your ‘SPAM’ or ‘Junk’ mail inbox periodically.  Also, be sure to add *@pizazzjewellery.com to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox.

You may track your purchases using your tracking number here. Please allow 1 to 5 working days for the tracking information to show.

NOTE: Scams are rising in numbers and Pizazz Jewellery has recognized the need to protect ourselves in order to create a truly functional store with no security weakness. Consequently, we use a Fraud Detection system on this website and reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact our Support Team immediately or submit a Support Request through our Support Desk if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns

By placing an order on Pizazz Jewellery, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Pizazz Jewellery.  Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Orders Lost or Damaged

During Shipping Sellers are generally required to repair or replace a product that is defective or does not live up to expectations, amongst other things, but these consumer guarantees do not extend to replacing an item that was posted by them, which was subsequently lost or damaged. However, irrespective of whether it is our responsibility or not, Pizazz Jewellery will provide a replacement, shop credit or refund. See our Returns Policy for more details.
