We offer free shipping on all of our products and free returns on many. 

We do our best to ensure that you receive your order in reasonable timeframes.  However, with all the turmoil happening in the world today delays can occur.   See our Shipping Policy for delivery time comparisons to check the likely shipping time to your country. 

While we certainly do everything to make sure you get your order in time there is always a possibility you will not receive it in a timely manner.  As a consequence, if you haven’t received it within 60 days you will be entitled to a refund.
